Maestro Dario Marchini Karatedō Lessons - recommended for basic level

These Karatedō lessons are held directly by Maestro Dario Marchini, multiple-time world champion and Karatedō practitioner for the last 50 years. Maestro Marchini teaches personally showcasing the proper mix of techniques from kihon, kata, and kumite. The lessons represent true and intense training, both from a technical point of view and from a spirit and mental focus one.

The beginners' lessons are meant to build a set of techniques that will work as the grounds for continuous improvement.
